MaryCatherine Jones Consulting, LLC is a specialized consulting firm focused on the U.S. healthcare safety net.

I advise the executives who lead Free and Charitable Clinics, Charitable Pharmacies, and their state and national associations. I hold a Master's in Public Health and have worked with all 50 state health departments and the CDC on chronic disease prevention. As a consultant, I have led committees, workgroups, and workshops that strengthened chronic disease prevention capacity. I work one-on-one with clinics to understand their needs and resources and build their capacity to provide high quality healthcare.

Executive Directors and CEOs rarely have protected time to step back and think strategically. In today's funding environment, organizational infrastructure, internal policies, and workflows are not attracting the needed resources. I provide protected time to busy leaders to focus on these critical components of sustainability. I serve as a trusted sounding board, helping leaders clarify priorities, strengthen their boards and operations, and make confident decisions amid uncertainty.
