Welcome! ¡Bienvenido! Bienvenue!
I’m passionate about working with leaders of public health and healthcare organizations who are transforming their communities through outreach and innovation. Free and Charitable Clinics and their safety net partners exemplify the power of everyday actions to create a supportive, inclusive, and healthy community for all. I’m proud to focus my consulting practice on this unique and vital corner of the nonprofit sector—helping these organizations be their best so they can do their best for others.

Stay up to date with the latest and greatest in the Free and Charitable Clinic community by following me on Facebook and YouTube. Check out the Blog page for interviews, insights, and observations on the landscape of healthcare for the underserved.

About MaryCatherine Jones, MPH
With over two decades of experience in public health, I’ve dedicated my career to improving healthcare access, quality, and outcomes for underserved communities. After working for local, state, and federal public health agencies, I found my place of belonging amidst the committed staff and volunteers in Free and Charitable Clinics and charitable pharmacies. I'm inspired by their work and the work of national and state associations and community partners that drive meaningful, lasting change.

My work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves high-quality care, no matter their income, ZIP code, or background. Through strategic planning, assessment, grant writing, and collaborative problem-solving, I help mission-driven organizations build capacity, secure funding, and expand their impact.

During breaks, you can often find me in my perennial garden, looking at the caterpillars, wasps, and bees feeding on my plants. I also volunteer at my local cat cafe, helping rescued cats feel safe, loved, as they get ready for adoption. These are small ways I stay grounded, give back, and connect with my community.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to human dignity, caring for others through difficult times, and using our hands, heads, and hearts to find realistic solutions to complex problems. I’m glad you’re here and would love to learn more about how we can work together to strengthen health systems and support those who need it most.
